welkford.co.uk is where the email comes from.
Welkford reads a garage’s own customer list against the public MOT record and sends back the work already sitting in it — MOTs about to run out, advisories nobody came back for, services due on mileage. It arrives dated and priced at that garage’s own rates, with the message to each customer already written.
Who writes
Serhii Troinin, in Amsterdam. I built Welkford and I send its email myself; there is no sales team behind this address.
Replies
This is the domain I write from. Reply to anything that arrives from it and it lands in front of a person — me — and I answer the same working day.
Stopping
If you’d rather I didn’t write again, just say so and I won’t.
A one-line reply is enough. Nothing to click, no preference centre, and I do not check back a month later to see whether you meant it.
The product
welkford.com — what it finds, what it costs, and a list you can generate from your own registrations before speaking to anybody.
welkford.com/guides — how to get your customer list out of TechMan, MAM, Garage Hive and the rest. Written to be useful whether or not you ever reply to me.
